Important Fees & Policies – We're Committed to Transparency

After-Hours Pickup/Drop-Off Fee: $15 per instance for any scheduled between 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM (to cover extended staffing and logistics).
Change of Time/Waiting Fee: $10 per 30 minutes if we need to wait at rental car centers, hotels, or airports after the agreed-upon time (helps ensure smooth scheduling for all customers).
Rush Order Fee: $15 for orders placed within 24 hours of delivery (allows us to prioritize and prepare your items quickly).
Cleaning Fee: $50 per piece of equipment if returned requiring cleaning beyond normal wear and tear (e.g., stains, excessive dirt; normal wear like light use is fine).
Credit Card Decline/Ghosting Fee: $25 per decline attempt if multiple charges are made without response; up to $50 per instance for non-response to communications (covers administrative costs).
Security Deposit: 2/3 of the full retail value per item for prohibited payment methods, declines, or extensions (refunded upon return in good condition, typically within 3–7 business days).
Late Return/Extension Fee: 1.5 times the original daily rate per item per calendar day for unresolved extensions or late returns (ensures availability for other families).
Non-Return Fee: 150% of the full retail value if equipment is not returned or recoverable (plus ongoing rental charges).
Car Seat Manual Fee: $10 if installation manuals are not returned (to cover replacement costs).
