Q. What are your delivery policies?

Q. Is there a minimum order amount?
A. No, we do not have a minimum order amount or rental day requirement.
Q. What is the difference between a mini crib and a full size crib.
A. A full-size crib is 28 inches wide and 52 inches long, while a mini crib is 24 inches wide and 38 inches long. A mini crib is a smaller version of a regular wooden crib and comes with a standard 3-inch mattress, whereas a full-size crib comes with a 5-6 inch mattress. Q. How far in advance should I place my order?
A. It is recommended to place your order as early as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak travel times like holidays, big game weekends, and summer months (May – August). However, we will make every effort to accommodate last-minute orders.
Q. Are bumpers and sheets included in the crib rental?
A. All our crib rentals include 100% cotton sheets and a mattress pad. Additionally, a breathable bumper is available for an additional $1.00 per day. To explore all of our crib and sleeping accommodations, please click here.

Q. What if I lose, damage or return my gear dirty?
A. Gear should be returned in a similar condition to how it was dropped off to you. Excessively dirty equipment will incur a 10% charge to your order. Damaged or lost equipment will be charged the retail amount to your credit card. Car seats come with a manual, and there is a $10 charge for any missing car seat manuals.
Q. What if I call the day of to rent or need my rented equipment longer than I paid for?
A. If inventory is available for the requested time period, renting on the day of or extending the rental period is not a problem. Just let us know your requirements. Call or text us with your order number at 682.651.5153
Q. Do you assemble cribs?
A. Yes, all our cribs are full-size portable cribs. They are pre-installed before your arrival. In certain circumstances where turnover factors are involved, you may need to set up the crib yourself. However, they are very easy to set up, requiring no tools or additional pieces. Simply open up the crib, drop down the attached base, and place the mattress on top. Q. Do you install car seats?
A. While we do not provide car seat installation services, we include instructions for you to install them yourself. If you require assistance, you can contact the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) at 1-888-327-4236 for the closest NHTSA Inspection Station, where licensed technicians can assist you with car seat installation. Q. How is the equipment cleaned?
A. We follow a two-step cleaning process. First, we dry steam all hard surfaces, and then we use non-toxic cleaning products to wipe down and ensure they are 100% clean. Q. Do you offer retail items?
A. We strive to make your trip as hassle-free as possible, so we accommodate most of your needs. Diapers, wipes, bottles, and bibs are available for purchase. If you have any specific requests, please let us know, and we will do our best to meet them. Please note that a 25% courtesy fee and appropriate state tax will be added to any purchases.
